| dc.description.abstract | Dendritic cells were generated from mouse embryonic stem cells and mouse induced pluripotent stem cells. We compared the phenotypic difference of dendritic cells generated from 4 different cell types. Results showed that both ES and iPS cell-derived DCs and DC progenitors exhibited a similar cell surface expression of DC-specific cell surface markers. | hu_HU |
