Conventional and unconventional treatment options of ischemic heart disease are complex and somewhat overwhelming when first trying to describe this topic. With a lack of sources that precisely encountering this division, an effort to conclude both of those entities together in a single document was done in this work. In my thesis, I have tried to give the readers a new and refreshed perspective, alongside a basic, easy to understand, interesting, and exciting viewpoint of the therapy of ischemic heart disease. I tried to give the most up to date review of the most recent developments and progress with a unique emphasize on the unconventional and future treatments and developments.
