In this thesis work, economics efficiency of the beef sector in Hungary and Kazakhstan was analyzed. After reviewing available resources, strategic analytical methods were used to analyze external and internal factors affecting the beef sector. Several strategies were proposed in order to improve the beef industry in both countries. In conclusion, Hungary and Kazakhstan have the potential to move forward and take this sector to a higher level. This research shows the successful plan of action for achieving it.
