In the long historic development process, every country and every nation will accumulate a set of unique culture of its own. However, different cultures are in endless variety, and such culture differences also bring various influences on corporate culture. In the era of globalized information, transportation and market, people tend to ignore the cultural diversity easily, but such cultural difference determines the success degree of a company in certain circumstances. With the development of global economic integration, the economic relationship among different countries is becoming closer and closer. However, there are still huge differences between western and Chinese cultures. Besides, the mutual penetration, mutual cooperation and complementary advantage among these countries are also strengthening constantly. To enter the Asian market, many western companies have to make huge changes to adapt to the Asian markets. Therefore, it is vital to study the cultural differences for the enterprise development. Consequently, the marketing must be implemented in the cross-cultural background. However, the different consumption concepts and behaviors of consumers brought by cultural diversity lead to cultural barriers and conflicts. Hence, how to break the cultural differences and stand firmly in the non-domestic market successfully to grow vigorously are the keys for the successful development of a multinational enterprise.
