This thesis reviews several literatures from different angles regarding the accomplishments of medications in pediatric leukemia. Although some diseases have aggressive courses that remain difficult to attain complete remission with only pharmacologic drugs, the overall survival has significantly inproved with proper schedule and marrow transplantation as an adjunct. The discussion concludes mainly achievements of pharmacologic treatment and potential novel target medications in several distint subtypes of leukemia in children.
