The study indicates that burn-out is an issue that threatens individuals around the world. One of the most serious areas that can be affected by burn-out is medicine. After analyzing the foreign literature, it is possible to clearly say that in Ukraine the issue of preventing burn-out in the workplace is not acute enough. Most hospital staff have started to burn-out or already have burn-out. The significant reason for the emotional burn-out of Ukrainian doctors is the low level of wages. Therefore, important steps should be taken to correct this. Further research should be done on this important topic to find solutions to the problem.hu_HU
