With the globalization of the economy, business cooperation between China and the United States has become frequent. However, there are times when they fail. From the point of view of cultural differences, this thesis looks at why business talks between China and the U.S. have failed. By comparing the literature and my interviews with three interviewers who have experience in business negotiations between China and the United States, the reasons for the failure of business negotiations between China and the United States are analyzed.
