Absztrakt
The issue of this work is to look into the speaker’s position, and the depiction of space and time in different types of Larkin’s poetry. This thesis puts the poems into three various groups: the first one is Larkin’s philosophical poetry which are the lengthiest works of his; the second one is the poems which are induced by an experience; the third group is his epigrammatic verse, which can be characterised by its terseness and its pure and expressive images.
