This thesis looks at the prospects, difficulties, and future of AI and big data in banking. It utilized both quantitative and qualitative research using primary and secondary data sources. 43 banking officials completed a questionnaire, and 10 of them were interviewed to learn more about their views.The first research question looked at the prospects of big data and AI.Second, Big Data and AI are utilized to automate procedures. As main issues of AI in banking the author consider data security, laws and regulations and technical frequent flaws.
