dc.description.abstractIn this study, we demonstrate that retinol saturase null peritoneal macrophages are deficient in vivo in clearing apoptotic cells, while the in vitro phagocytosis is not affected. Our data indicate that under in vivo conditions the migration capacity of retinol saturase null macrophages was decreased leading to the observed clearance deficiency in vivo.hu_HU
