Due to ICT revolution the globe has urged the digitalization of almost every function that has transformed the way of people's lives in various dimensions and aspects. The works of technology in the public sector, ICT-designed smart results need to be taken into account together with energy-saving dimensions in the context of reform process. At one end, there is the transformation, and in the middle of the transition, we face a necessary gap in the aspects that a high-quality ICT city should have. Already this should establish the relevance of the goals which are going to be achieved precisely. The sustainability of emergent technologies into the spatial urban planning and urban services is limited and the coverage can be improved, especially public service delivery. This thesis is meant to be simple and explanatory rather than complex. It links information and communication technologies with the structure of organizations and the methodology of spatial management and urban systems design (USD). ICT and e-services emergence and its impact on the public sector provision will be the central point of the thesis. Therefore, the conceptual model will be built in order to provide an answer to the research question. In addition, this strategy besides giving a comprehensive plan for Urban public services and improvement in the urban areas, will also focus on the methods of multi modal transport management and service delivery management. Combining the main points of different theories, as well as an empirical data, which is supposed to widen the audience's outlook and explain to them the foundation behind the integration of such elements. The study develops solid recommendations based on the pedestrian issues to enhance the attractiveness of public services in the urban areas.
