dc.description.abstractIn my thesis I would like to introduce what is office work like at an American-based multinational company. I am going to define what corporate culture means exactly and on what levels it appears. I am going into details regarding the cultural differences that appear in the attitude of time and space at work at Americans and Hungarians. I am also dealing with the factors that influence the culture of a company. Finally, I am going to find an answer to the question whether it is different to work for a Hungarian company from working for an American-based one. The main question I am looking for an answer to is how American culture appears at an American-based Hungarian subsidiary of a corporation.hu_HU
