dc.description.abstractThe thesis shows and compares the differences between Hire Purchase and Credit Sale Agreements. The aim of the work is to compare the two types of credit transactions in two different countries and to show what the differences are. Attention is also paid to the legal point of view and the laws that protect consumers from unclean practices. Attention is also paid to the economic and cultural differences in the two countries to show how this affects credit products.
