The main purpose of this thesis is to explore to newly emerged growth stagnation phenomenon of Middle-Income Trap and search the ways of escaping from it. As a one way of avoiding middle income trap political regime type of democracy, is suggested and throughout the study I will try to analyze possible relationship of economic growth and democracy.
