Absztrakt
This thesis investigates the influence of religion on commerce in Europe and around the globe, including its effects on entrepreneurialism and commercial success. The literature review emphasizes the role of religion in fostering moral awareness in business and moderating attitudes and values. Indirect effects of religion on business are however complex and influenced by cultural, economic, and political factors. The thesis identifies four prevalent explanations for how religion influences business and suggests the need for additional research on the difficulties and dangers associated with the relationship between religion and business. The thesis concludes with suggestions for businesses, governments, and educational institutions, such as promoting religious diversity and educating employees about its value.
