dc.description.abstractIn this thesis my aim is to analyze the legal disciplines and acts related to the violation of human dignity manifested by hateful speech on international, European and national levels. After a theoretical examination of political correctness and hate speech I provide a description of certain hate-speech related legal documents that refer to us as European citizens in a three-layered legislation system. I also try to look for opinions and answers how and by what means it is possible to penalize verbal aggression committed against certain groups of society.hu_HU
