Pharmacological tools for influencing blood coagulation
Absztrakt
The physiological process of blood coagulation (hemostasis) result in thrombus role is to stop bleeding. It starts when the vessel wall disrupts and end where red thrombus formed. Hemostasis can be classified into 4 main steps: 1)Vasoconstriction, 2) Primary hemostasis, 3) Secondary hemostasis, 4) Procoagulant-anticoagulant control mechanisms. Many drugs can influence blood can coagulation and can be divided into main 2 large groups: The first are the antithrombotic group, and the second is the procoagulant group.
