Searching for interacting partners of the antifungal protein PAF by using yeast two-hybrid method

Abstract

PAF is an antifungal protein produced by Penicillium chrysogenum. Thaim of this work was to find interacting partners - focusing on extra- or intracellular receptors of PAF using conventional yeast two-hybrid method with different A. nidulans cDNA libraries.
