Research on European Youth Policy investigates ways for young inclusion and development. The present situation and efficiency of European Youth Policy in tackling issues affecting young people in Europe is evaluated in this paper Along with assessing current policy implementations, it uses a literature analysis to find obstacles in education, employment, social inclusion, health, and well-being. The research looks at how young people participate in decision-making procedures and help shape policies. It also looks at how young policies affect social welfare, employment, and education among other areas. The results give legislators understanding of young issues, therefore advancing knowledge of European youth policy. The suggestions of the research seek to enhance policies and initiatives aiming at youth development, education, and social inclusion.
