The impact of plyometric training on the performance of amateur basketball athletes during the off-season

We gathered subjects from an amateur basketball team intending to see whether an enriched plyometric training would have physical benefits for the players. We chose to follow this training off season cause this is a short time usually 7 weeks when athletes focus on physical improvement. We assessed with special tests the endurance, the jumping performance, acceleration, and agility movement and we compared before and after the intervention
