dc.description.abstractCreating an understanding of how organisations use the knowledge of the components of people(personality) and the knowledge of the driving forces of action in people(motivation) to solve organizational problems through the use of theories on Motivation and personality.Having gathered knowledge about personality and motivation in an organization, I went ahead to analyze a case of lower level employee turnover in Debrecen Airport Ltd. I examined the case and made suggestions to reduce turnover and other issues observed; based on information from a semi- structured interview I conducted with the director of operations, and my three month observation as an intern in the organization.hu_HU
