Penicillins were originally made from the fungus mould in very small amounts in 1928, later on after the discovery of its semi synthetic structure Penicillins were easily made in larger amounts and available for public use, many types are produced to give the best efficacy against to the susceptible organism, these bacteria include Streptococcal spp., Staphylococcus spp., Clostridium spp., Syphilis, Pseudomonas and others.
