I summarized in my thesis some aspects of the international sale of goods that may be relevant in the trade within the European Union. The Convention of International Sale of Goods shall be applied for the most international sale. I described those INCOTERMS rules that are relevant for any mode of transport. The private international law arranges which law should be applied and where the contracting parties can turn in case of any dispute. It is important what the undertakes can expect from state measures, so I detail the principle of free movement of goods within the European Union.hu_HU
