dc.description.abstractThe work and professional activity of the two recently departed and fondly remembered librarians - Olga  Gomba  and Klára Koltay,  - deservedly mark the 30 year period, which we can definitely label as genuine transition. Not only the emergence of computers had a huge impact, but it has also brought paradigm shifting into the flow of  work as well as into the librarians' professional approach. It was in the early 1990s that the higher education libraries reached a position from where it was possible to seriously consider purchasing integrated library systems and replace their card catalogs with online catalogs.   en
dc.description.abstractA közelmúltban elhunyt két nagyszerű könyvtáros Gombáné dr. Lábas Olga és Dr. Koltay Klára munkássága és szakmai tevékenysége méltán fémjelzi azt a 30 éves időszakot, melyet nyugodtan hívhatunk rendszerváltásnak, hiszen nem csak a számítógépek megjelenése hozott óriási változást, de a munkafolyamatokban és a könyvtárosi szemléletben is paradigmaváltást eredményezett. Magyarországon a felsőoktatási könyvtárak a kilencvenes évek elején jutottak olyan helyzetbe, hogy komolyan gondolkodhassanak integrált könyvtári rendszerek vásárlásán és cédulakataógusaikat felcserélhessék online nyilvános katalógusokra.hu
