A cross-sectional survey was done with the help of an electronically administered questionnaire on the effects of burnout in Hungarian healthcare professionals. The survey was done during a challenging period in Hungary due to the Covid-19 pandemic and it looked at the difficulties faced by the healthcare workers. It also provided solutions for the prevention and management of burnout. Certain recommendations were also suggested for the prevention of burnout.
