dc.description.abstractConsidering that honey is a fundamental food item in Kosovo cuisine, the impact of the chemical elements in human body and the lack of articles about Kosovo honey in the available literature is considered necessary to be explored in Kosovo. The aim of this study is to determine the chemical elements of different types of honey that was collected in the Kosovo territory. This included acacia, meadow and wild honeys.
