In this study, the aim is to identify the phytoplankton communities in Nagy-morotva and calculate the composition of the species along the oxbow lakes at several cross-sections (a total of seven cross-sections include left-middle-right). The analysis is by comparing the phytoplankton communities and the physical-chemical parameters of the water quality at the sampling site during different sampling time period.
