dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this review is to give the reader a brief general understanding of the recent advances in rheumatoid arthritis. Form development, pathomechanism, diagnosis to recently recommended treatment guidelines by The European League Against Rheumatoid (EULAR) and America college of rheumatology (ACR). In the development aspect, now scientists have identified over 100 loci and diets which are associated with the development of RA. By avoiding those risk factors and changing lifestyles, we might prevent triggering the following pathomechanisms. Understanding the underlining pathomechanism can help patients adhere to pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment since RA is a chronic disease that needs regular follow-up.hu_HU
