Assessing genotoxicity and cytotoxicity in multi walled carbon nanotubes on human limbal cells monolayer using time lapse imaging and fluorescence microscopy

Abstract

We assessed the genetic toxicity and cell- toxicity involved over a period of 72 hours when sMWCNT was added to human limbal cells (Corneal cell)and their growth projections. Results were drawn on the basis of chromatin condensation and growth when the concentration was increased gradually.
