Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) is the leading cause of mortality in the developed world. This thesis is an attempt to identify the nutritional aspects in preventing, arresting, and reversing atherosclerosis, as well as the advantages it carries over some of the most commonly used conventional drug therapies.
