During this project preparation I completed the following tasks: • Described the main parts and operation principle of electric range. • Composed the requirements of developed setup control. • Designed the electrical circuit diagrams. • Chose the necessary electrical components and described them in brief. • Composed the proper PLC configuration and IO list. • Developed PLC control program. • Developed web-visualization and touch screen processing programs. • Carried out SCADA control of developed electric range. • Designed and implemented test environment. • Tested the operation of all developed programs in simulation and real test environment.
