The aim of the thesis is to support the idea that President Wilson awaited two and a half years to enter the Great War not because of the idea of neutrality, but because of financial and economic reasons. The thesis will rely on the findings of two fields: firstly, the monetary and industrial decisions will question the neutrality of the President. Secondly, three politicians will be detailed that in what way they represent the pro-Allied side of the President.
