Management is the eternal theme of human society, it is the force of orderly development in society. Management in an enterprise is activity of that managers apply their knowledge and skills to harmonize people’s activities so that they could achieve purpose and goal together with high efficiency in organization. Human is the main subject of management, studying regular of human behavior becomes an important content. Because of social process, managers ought to focus on how to manage organization, organizational management and human resource management are more and more significant on the branch of management system, organizational behavior is based on these generation and development.
