| dc.description.abstract | Necroptosis is a newly discovered cell death. It relies on the interaction of the three key molecules RIPK1, RIPK3 and MLKL, when caspase-8 is inhibited. Necroptosis is a pro-inflammatory cellular death pathway, therefore, it lies in the pathogenesis of various groups of human diseases. It provides a great potential therapeutic target for various diseases. Drugs, which are able to modify necroptosis, can serve as co-treatment and could potentially improve patients outcome. | hu_HU |
