For the present work the main goal based on the importance of the maize cultivar and the inherent need to increase the maize production delivers in to a more efficient and specialized management was to try different fertilizers and their effects in different parameters of response like it is the root length, stem length, chlorophyll content and organic matter as germination percentage and dry biomass content. The present work was focused on the statistical comparison of the different effects in the maize morphology in the early stages Based on multiple statistical tools different test as ANOVA, Duncan, Variance analyzes and using different kind of software the relationships were obtained. A novel research was applied and the spectral signature of the treatments in plants were appreciated, also the Duncan test were applied to the data obtained in the same way more than one treatment were statistical significant, nevertheless different statistical groups were appreciable in each dosage for the different variables.
