This thesis explores the relationship between personality traits and servant leadership. Servant leadership prioritizes the needs of followers and emphasizes ethical behavior. The study examines how five personality traits (openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism) influence servant leadership dimensions. By understanding this relationship, the research aims to improve leadership training and identify individuals suited to servant leadership. The thesis investigates these concepts through a literature review, data collection, and analysis.
