A Case Study of Sfera96” focuses on the application of modern project management practices within Sfera96, a family-owned metal construction company based in Azerbaijan. This case study explores how specific project management methods have been adopted and tailored to meet the unique demands of the metal construction industry. With a focus on optimizing operations, enhancing quality, and improving overall efficiency, the thesis examines the tools, techniques, and strategies employed at Sfera96 to ensure successful project delivery. By analyzing both primary and secondary data sources, the study aims to provide insights into the effectiveness of these methods, drawing conclusions on their impact on productivity and suggesting further developments.
