This thesis explores the pharmacological treatment of female infertility, emphasizing the physiological and hormonal factors that contribute to reproductive challenges. A significant focus is placed on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), its pathophysiology, and its impact on ovulation. Established treatments such as in vitro fertilization (IVF), ovulation-inducing medications, and hormonal therapies are examined alongside emerging technologies like CRISPR gene editing and stem cell therapy. The study highlights the need for personalized infertility management and calls for further research into improving women's reproductive health outcomes.
