The historical and statistical overview of Myanmar’s tourism development revealed significant growth after 2010, particularly in terms of GDP contribution and job creation. However, it also highlighted persistent issues such as political instability, infrastructure gaps, and environmental concerns. Analyzing these patterns deepened my understanding of how interconnected economic, political, and social factors shape the tourism sector.
