This thesis explores how Samsung Electronics maintains global market leadership through a strategic mix of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies. By combining iterative development and cross-functional teams with structured planning, Samsung achieves both flexibility and operational efficiency. The study uses a mixed-methods approach, including expert interviews, surveys in Hungary and Pakistan, and case study analyses. Samsung leverages tools like SAP ERP, JIRA, and AI platforms to enhance project execution, communication, and risk management. While survey results show strong ratings in Quality and Innovation, communication was identified as an area for improvement. The thesis concludes that Samsung’s integration of technology, adaptive project methods, and innovation culture drives its continued global success.
