dc.description.abstractBekapcsolódva az MTA Atommagkutató Intézetének Ionnyaláb-fizikai Osztályán folyó légköri aeroszol kutatásokba PhD munkám célja a városi aeroszol forrásainak azonosítása és jellemzése volt. Munkám során meghatároztam a városi aeroszol forrásait, azok szezonális, napi, napszaki változásait, valamint az időjárási paraméterektől való függését. Az aeroszol összetétel erősen változik az időben, ezért szükséges volt olyan mintavételi és analitikai technikák alkalmazására, amelyek lehetővé teszik a gyors időbeli változás nyomon követését. A városi aeroszol forrásainak jellemzését órás feloldást adó mintavételi technika, nukleáris analitikai módszerek, egyedi szemcse analízis, valamint statisztikai analízis (korreláció-számítás, hierarchikus klaszteranalízis, valamint pozitív mátrix faktorizációs modell) kombinált alkalmazásával valósítottam meg.hu_HU
dc.description.abstractThe aim of my PhD work was - by joining the atmospheric aerosol research program at the Section of Ion Beam Physics of MTA Atomki - to identify the sources of urban aerosol. During my work I focused on the identification of the urban aerosol sources, their diurnal and seasonal variation and their emission areas. The characterization of urban aerosols was achieved by applying sampling methods which could provide good size separation and time resolution (cascade impactor and streaker). The elemental composition of the samples was determined by PIXE and micro-PIXE measurements. Furthermore statistical analysis (Positive Matrix Factorisation, hierarchical cluster analysis) were used to identify the aerosol sources.hu_HU
