dc.description.abstractIn my thesis, I shall examine the effect of stereotyping Native Americans, using Sherman Alexie`s contemporary work and the film Smoke Signals. Through analyzing Native American literature, examples of stereotypes will be brought to attention using Alexie's three collection of short stories. It will be analyzed how stereotyping affects the everyday life of a Native American.hu_HU
