dc.description.abstractWith the advancemenent in the supply chain complexities, the demand for a cohesive transportation is increasing. In the first part of this thesis, the reader will find how the multimodal transportation work and the role of INCOTERMS in regulating this field. Secondly, we will talk about the effeciency of the multimodal transportation through a simulation for different transportation modes. And lastly we'll draw the conclusion keeping the results in mind.
