Controlling in the practice of SMEs through the example of Korneez

Abstract

My thesis is about controlling in the daily activities of a small and medium enterprise in Pakistan. I am analyzing how controlling is important for the successful operation of a company. The research is about different profitability indicators in a small and medium enterprise. I have also compared different definitions of an SME.
