| dc.description.abstract | The Aspergillus terreus NRRL1960 is a filamentous fungus and strong itaconic acid producer. There are no genetic markers and tools available for this strain, and in this way it is hard to engineer. Therefore, the aim of my project is to develop this CRISPR/Cas9 system and create a new platform for further genetic manipulation experiments. | hu_HU |
