The thesis tries best to explain oral contraceptives and their clinical use . it goes throught the physiology of menstrual cycle , the different types of hormonal contraceptives and their mechanisms of action , the benefits of hormonal contraceptives and their adverse effects ,and finally whats the ideal hormonal contraceptives .
