dc.description.abstractMedication errors are the most prevalent form of medical errors, and intravenous medicines are at greater risk since their preparation and administration are complicated. The WHO aims for a 50% drop in adverse drug errors by 2022, but the world needs reliable evidence measuring the true incidence of intravenous drug errors. Determined the incidence of intravenous medication errors in different countries,in addition, to identified which type of intravenous error are the most common with stratiegies and recommendations to reduce the intravenous medication errors.hu_HU
