This thesis attempts to present the actual regulation of the M&A transactions' business and law aspects - taking into account the relevant competition rules and laws. Research on this field looks actual, as M&A activity remained at record levels in last year, as it may be seen executives continuing to gain the confidence to engage in more aggressive and strategic deals.
