The research work determines the nature of dumping in terms of its legitimacy, identifies the inherent features of dumping, also reveals the concept and nature of dumping. This thesis work also considered the current issues in the field of anti-dumping investigations in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the WTO, the EAEU and the EU, by making a comparative legal analysis of the anti-dumping legislation at the national and international levels. Given that Kazakhstan is a member of the WTO and lacks scientific analysis of the industry and domestic specialists, the need to recognize the obvious need to study this phenomenon is one of the hot topics. Relevance of the topic of research of anti-dumping procedures in the law and practice of the EAEU and the EU is due to the theoretical and practical importance of the issues related to the development of anti-dumping regulation in the modern world. The study of the EAEU and the EU anti-dumping legislation and the mechanism of its implementation is necessary for further improvement of the countries' anti-dumping legislation and use of positive experience of integration organizations in the process of effective protection of their interests.
