dc.description.abstractThe purpose of my thesis is to analyze and focus on infusion and parenteral therapeutic system. It is composed of three main important chapters: Aseptic compounding, Infusion therapy and Parenteral therapeutic systems while each of them dealing with different aspects. The first one concentrates on the necessary requirements, not only personnel and objective conditions, but also the techniques that needed to ensure the proper and appropriate condition of air during working under the aseptic area. The next chapter describes detailed information as well as the benefits of infusion products in compensating, balancing, infusing different kinds of drugs and/or bringing the nutritions to the patient’s body. Eventually, parenteral therapeutic systems are the last chapter with a wide range and sub-divided into injectable, transdermal, implantable and inhalation drug delivery systems. Each of them has the different private functions, however, they contribute greatly to the treatment of various diseases and protein delivery as well with their different advantages over the traditional oral route of administrationhu_HU
